About Govvisor™
Govvisor™ is a private commercial SaaS platform designed to help users draft, organize, assess, and manage SR&ED and other government-program documentation. It does not file tax returns, act as a government portal, or provide tax, legal, or accounting advice.
Govvisor™ is not a government agency, CRA service, CRA portal, CRA sign-in partner, or authorized representative of the Government of Canada or the Canada Revenue Agency.
User responsibilities and data
Users are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, completeness, and appropriateness of information they submit; for obtaining necessary rights and consents; and for reviewing all platform outputs before use.
As between the user and Govvisor, users retain ownership of their submitted data. Govvisor uses submitted data only as permitted by applicable agreements and policies to host, secure, support, and provide the service.
Govvisor intellectual property
Sitrucanaid Inc. retains ownership of the platform, software, source code, interfaces, databases, designs, workflows, scoring logic, eligibility methodologies, prompts, documentation, trademarks, and proprietary features. No ownership is transferred merely through access or use.
AI-assisted features and professional review
AI-assisted outputs are advisory and may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, biased, or unsuitable. Users remain responsible for fact-checking, professional judgment, and final decisions.
Govvisor™ and ECI™ do not guarantee SR&ED eligibility, CRA acceptance, claim approval, tax-credit amounts, processing time, audit outcomes, or government decisions.

- Pilot or application access may be subject to a separate agreement, order form, or invitation.
