Lawful and authorized use
The website and platform may be used only for lawful, authorized business purposes and in a manner consistent with professional, privacy, confidentiality, security, and client obligations.
Prohibited conduct
- Fraud, misrepresentation, unlawful activity, harassment, abuse, or infringement of third-party rights.
- Unauthorized access, vulnerability testing, circumvention of controls, malware, scraping, or interference with the service.
- Uploading or transmitting information without necessary authority, rights, notices, and consents.
- Using the public form for confidential SR&ED, taxpayer, payroll, financial, client, or proprietary project data.
- Misrepresenting Govvisor as a government service or implying CRA or Government of Canada endorsement.
Enforcement and reporting
Govvisor may restrict or suspend abusive or unsafe use and may preserve information where reasonably required for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or investigation. Security concerns may be reported to security@govvisor.com.
