- AI-processing restrictions, including no third-party foundation-model training without a separately approved opt-in.

- Security-incident notice, privacy-request assistance, return/deletion, and audit evidence.

- Identify the services, data categories, processing locations, and security requirements relevant to the engagement.
- Review applicable subprocessors, notices, contractual safeguards, and order-of-precedence terms.
- Complete the applicable agreement before confidential customer information or authenticated services are introduced.
