Scope
The public website is designed for general business inquiries. It must not be used to submit taxpayer information, payroll data, financial statements, client-confidential records, detailed SR&ED project information, technical diagrams, or proprietary documents.
Information collected through the pilot form
- Name and professional email address.
- Company or firm and professional role.
- An approximate SR&ED project-volume range.
- The general type of demonstration, pilot, partnership, or review requested.
- Optional, unbundled consent for product and pilot marketing updates.
- Limited technical request data needed for security, abuse prevention, and delivery diagnostics.
Purposes and disclosures
Contact information may be used to assess the request, provide a response, arrange a demonstration or pilot discussion, maintain security, prevent abuse, and document consent choices.
Form submissions are handled through server-side email delivery and production hosting and security services. Service providers are limited to what is reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and respond to the public inquiry channel.
Consent and marketing
A response to a submitted inquiry is separate from optional marketing consent. Marketing consent is not pre-checked and is not required for the team to respond. Marketing messages must identify the sender and provide a working unsubscribe mechanism.
Retention, security, and individual rights
Govvisor retains personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, contractual obligations, security, legal requirements, or dispute resolution.
